This document clarifies the Supplier, the values, principles and guidelines by which Tyco Electronics (“TE”) seeks to operate, in particular as they relate to social responsibility.
The goal is for the Suppliers to embrace these same socially important values, principles and guidelines. They track the values and principles communicated to and documented for their employees internally in the TE Guide to Ethical Conduct.
